Grant’s track record includes successfully designing and project managing custom CRM implementations for two ASX listed businesses and a large government department. Grant played a pivotal role in growing an asset finance brokerage alongside his partner, Simon. He also led the design and management of custom CRM implementations for renowned organizations such as SEEK, Laureate University, and TAFE NSW. Recognizing the immense potential for efficiency and self-service technology in the asset finance industry, Grant’s mission is to make these advancements accessible to all, ensuring the industry’s growth and meeting the evolving expectations of customers. Matt is an accomplished asset finance leader with extensive business development skills and international experience throughout the banking and automotive industry for over 25 years. Matt has held senior roles in Financial Services, both in the UK and Australia within Asset Finance at HBOS Bank, Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of Scotland, Westpac Group and Eric Insurance. Matt was most recently Head of Growth at Angle Auto Finance where he played a critical role in the startup and growth of the business, one of the fastest growing independent financiers in Australia. Matt has a strong background in finance and a passion for the automotive sector, throughout his career Matt has gained extensive experience working with OEM’s and dealer groups which has allowed him to develop effective strategies and innovative solutions to maximise customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Gus has extensive experience in banking, finance, accounting and treasury operations in Australia and New Zealand. He is responsible for executing the NationWise corporate growth strategy, directing business unit operations, driving profitability, motivating staff, and ensuring compliance with all legal and statutory requirements.

Before joining the NationWise Group in 2021, Gus was the Executive General Manager – Treasury & Finance at ASX listed Automotive Holdings Group Limited (Australia’s largest automotive retailer) and the Chief Financial and Administration Officer at the Japanese-owned conglomerate IDOM Automotive Group. Gus has also held numerous senior roles at ANZ Bank, in a variety of business units. Gus has keen business acumen and commercial awareness, with an excellent ability to think strategically with a forward-looking focus. He is based in Perth at the Group’s headquarters.

Andrew lives and breathes finance penetration for the dealership. With 32 years experience in the finance and dealership space, including 11 years as State Manager for Ford Motor Credit Company and 9 years as Group Financial Services Manager at Alto Group. In addition to positions as Head of Asset Finance for Lend and now Chief Operating Officer at YOUx Finance Technology.

Andrew has significant achievements, such as, development of commercial asset product matching engines, establishing and responsible manager for multiple credit licences and driving exceptional growth within the dealer and broker channels. Alem is a seasoned professional with a remarkable 17-year career in consumer and commercial asset finance. As the Chief Success Officer at YOUx, Alem’s expertise in this field has proven instrumental in driving the company’s growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Alem has showcased his extensive knowledge of commercial and consumer asset finance, acquired through his tenure at renowned international banks and lenders. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide strategic insights has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry. Notably, Alem’s exceptional fiscal acumen was recognized when he was appointed as a consultant for fiscal matters in the economics transition unit, overseeing the distribution of a staggering $4 billion in public revenues at both the entity and state levels.
