Grant’s track record includes successfully designing and project managing custom CRM implementations for two ASX listed businesses and a large government department. Grant played a pivotal role in growing an asset finance brokerage alongside his partner, Simon. He also led the design and management of custom CRM implementations for renowned organizations such as SEEK, Laureate University, and TAFE NSW. Recognizing the immense potential for efficiency and self-service technology in the asset finance industry, Grant’s mission is to make these advancements accessible to all, ensuring the industry’s growth and meeting the evolving expectations of customers. Alem is a seasoned professional with a remarkable 17-year career in consumer and commercial asset finance. As the Chief Success Officer at youX, Alem’s expertise in this field has proven instrumental in driving the company’s growth and ensuring client satisfaction.

Throughout his career, Alem has showcased his extensive knowledge of commercial and consumer asset finance, acquired through his tenure at renowned international banks and lenders. His ability to navigate complex financial landscapes and provide strategic insights has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor in the industry. Notably, Alem’s exceptional fiscal acumen was recognized when he was appointed as a consultant for fiscal matters in the economics transition unit, overseeing the distribution of a staggering $4 billion in public revenues at both the entity and state levels.
